What is the Osaka City Pass?
OCP Pass” is the abbreviation for Osaka City Pass. It’s a pass offering discounted access to major tourist sites and public transport in Osaka City. In addition to the Osaka Wonder Loop Bus, you can also use the subway and city buses with this pass.
Where can I purchase the Osaka City Pass?
You can purchase the ticket onboard the bus.
*Please note that you can use the subway and city buses only after you receive the ticket.
Is there a child fare?
Children under 6 years old are free of charge.

Can I use my ticket on the following day?
Online tickets are valid for 3 months from the purchase date and can be used on any day within that period without requiring any changes.
What are the ticket validity hours?
  • Osaka Wonder Loop Bus “1Day”: 24 hours from the first ride.
  • Osaka Wonder Loop Bus “2Day”: 48 hours from the first ride.
  • Osaka City Pass “1Day”: One full day on the start date of use (valid until the last train/bus service).
  • Osaka City Pass “2Day”: Two consecutive days from the start date of use.

I lost my ticket partway through. Can I get it reissued?
We apologize, but tickets cannot be reissued. Please be careful not to lose your ticket until you have finished using it.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?

The Osaka Wonder Loop Bus travels around 14 major tourist spots, including Osaka Castle, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. The bus stops are as follows:

There are 25 open-top seats on the bus.

There are 4 services operating per day.
What happens to the open-top seats during bad weather?
In case of bad weather, we will operate the bus with the roof closed.
You don’t have to worry about getting wet even when it rains!
Are the bus seats unreserved?
Yes. Seating is unreserved.
Is there a restroom on the bus?
No, there is no restroom on the bus. The travel time between stops is approximately 5 to 20 minutes, so please use the restroom before boarding.
Is smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The bus hasn't arrived at the scheduled time?
We apologize for the delay. The bus operates on public roads, and traffic congestion or other road conditions may sometimes prevent it from running according to the timetable. For inquiries regarding service status, please contact:

Generally, you can board without a reservation.
However, if the bus is crowded, we may ask you to wait for the next service.
Can I bring large bags or suitcases on board?
Yes, we can store your travel bags and suitcases in the luggage storage area of the bus.
I have a child in a baby carriage. Can we get on the bus?
As a safety precaution, we kindly ask you to fold the stroller prior to boarding. We will store the folded stroller in the luggage storage area.

Can I get on and off the Wonder Cruise freely like the bus?
No, unlimited rides are not permitted on the Wonder Cruise. If you have an OCP Pass, you can take the cruise once.
Where can I board the Wonder Cruise?
For those boarding the Wonder Cruise, the nearest bus stop is ⑫ “Dotonbori Teppan Jinja”.
